Prepare Your Equipment
Place filter in Kalita Wave dripper. Rinse filter thoroughly with hot water and discard rinse water.

Grind Coffee
Grind coffee medium-fine (similar to V60).

Bloom
Add water (3x coffee weight) in gentle circular motion. Ensure all grounds are evenly saturated.

First Pour
Pour water in small circular motions, keeping water level consistent. Continue until reaching first pour target.

Second Pour
Once water level drops, continue pouring to reach final water weight. Maintain steady water level.

Final Draw Down
Allow all water to drain. Total brew time should be around 3:00-3:30.
