- Hario V60 dripper
- V60 paper filter
- Coffee beans (amount based on recipe)
- Hot water (195-205°F)
- Gooseneck kettle
- Scale
- Timer

Prepare Your Equipment
Rinse filter with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat your V60. Discard rinse water.

Grind Coffee
Grind coffee medium-fine (similar to table salt).

Bloom
Add water (3x coffee weight) in circular motion. Let it bloom.

First Pour
Slowly pour water in spiral motion until reaching the first pour target.

Second Pour
Continue pouring to reach the final water weight.
⏱ 30 seconds

Final Draw Down
Let all water drain through. Total brew time should be around 2:30-3:00.
